Acceptance of Terms

By adding Abdul as a LINE contact, registering through Abdul’s LINE / LIFF flow, sending a message to Abdul, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Abdul.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of Abdul.

Description of the Service

Abdul (อับดุล) is an AI personal assistant delivered primarily through the LINE messaging platform and related Abdul web surfaces such as the LIFF mini-app.

Abdul currently supports core features such as saving and retrieving notes, messages, images, files, and links, setting reminders, managing tasks, answering questions with AI-generated responses, and optional Google Calendar connection.

Some features described in marketing or roadmap materials may change over time. Certain message types or workflows, including some audio, video, or advanced automation flows, may be limited, experimental, or unavailable in the current release.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use Abdul.

You must have a valid LINE account in good standing and comply with these Terms and applicable law.

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Beta and Invite-Only Access

Abdul is currently offered in beta and may also be operated on an invite-only basis. Features may change, be added, limited, or removed without notice.

Access may depend on your current access status. Registering interest or completing onboarding does not guarantee that you can immediately use all parts of the service.

During beta, the service is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid plans or pricing later, and if we do, we will communicate those changes before they take effect.

Your Account and LINE Integration

Abdul is accessed through your LINE account. We do not currently create a separate username-and-password account for Abdul.

Your identity within Abdul may be associated with your LINE user ID and, where relevant, LIFF registration details and connected service status.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your LINE account in connection with Abdul and for keeping your LINE account secure.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Abdul only for lawful, personal, and legitimate purposes. You must not:

You retain ownership of the content you send to Abdul, such as messages, notes, files, and uploads.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, store, transmit, and use that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide Abdul to you.

You represent that you have the rights needed to send that content to Abdul and to let us process it for those purposes.

AI-Generated Responses

Abdul uses AI systems to process inputs and generate responses. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation.

Abdul does not provide legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on Abdul alone for important decisions.

You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding how to act on them.

Third-Party Services

Abdul depends on third-party platforms and service providers. Your use of those connected services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

Availability, Limits, and Changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Abdul. The service may experience downtime, bugs, delays, or data-processing limitations.

We may apply or change usage limits, storage limits, feature gates, access controls, or rate limits in order to operate the service safely and sustainably.

We may suspend, modify, discontinue, or remove part of the service at any time, including integrations or beta features.

Privacy

Your use of Abdul is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal data.

Intellectual Property

Abdul, including our software, design, branding, logos, and service materials, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

If you send feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Abdul is provided on an as is and as available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that Abdul will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that stored data or generated outputs will always be accurate, complete, or preserved.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to Abdul.

We are also not responsible for losses resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content or from third-party services outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Abdul or these Terms will not exceed the greater of THB 500 or the amount you paid us for the service during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create legal or security risk, or if we need to protect Abdul, our users, or third parties.

Access may also be restricted based on service status, beta gating, or invite-only controls.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or Abdul will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date shown on this page and may also provide notice through Abdul or our website.

Your continued use of Abdul after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
